Seed Starter Tray

This seed starter tray was designed to be simple for the everyday gardener. I had designed it with a tray that slides in to separate the soil from the the base along with a piston that can be used as a removal tool. I wanted something that would allow me to remove seedlings from the tray without being overly invasive to the root system. It's a pretty simple design. I do recommend gluing the main body to the small base that allows the separator tray to slide in between the body and the base. After it's put together, the separator would be slid in and then you can add the soil of your choice. It can be lightly packed with the included piston. The handle of the piston can also be used to punch holes in the soil at the desired depth for the seeds. Once the seeds have been sown, just put the starter tray on the water catch basin and wait until your seedling are ready to be repotted.
