Sega CDX CD Lid Eject Slider

I bought a broken Sega CDX that had been dropped and the eject button didn't work (among many other things that needed to be repaired on it). The eject button was broken because the lip on the slider inside was cracked off.

This is a complete reverse engineering of the part that failed.
