This is a complete reshell of the Sega Dreamcast! The OEM shell to the Dreamcast is cumbersome and ugly if you ask me. Not to mention, the majority of us have replaced our GD-ROM drives with ODEs. Since we no longer need the GD-ROM, we can make the Dreamcast slightly smaller, as well as add a few features which are missing from the original shell, such as a larger/quieter fan, better airflow, and a vertical orientation.
