Semi Jar 5inch (generic threads)

This pot is intended for use with semi hydro (self watering with a wick) pon or leca or any diy wicking rock/mineral substrate - and a 3 strand wire hanger. (it has 3 holes for the hanger)

Stuff you need:
A wick (nylon rope or a strip of cloth or a cut mop head or something)
A Jar with generic 3 inch threads. Salsa, jam(I'm using bonne maman), some pasta sauces.


This design solves a few problems that I really wanted in a semi hydro pot. It allows access to clean the reservoir without messing with the plant, hanger or trellis (while it's hanging). It uses a generic 3 inch pasta/salsa/jam jar as the reservoir (the ones with 6 tabs on the lid)- so it's easily changeable and versatile. (it happens to be the type of glass jar that I use and throw out the most.) The pot is AIRY, which is perfect for epiphytes(hoyas!~). It uses gyroid infill as the walls.
