Sengir Vampire Bust

Sengir Vampire from Magic The Gathering.
The bust should resemble the original artwork of the Magic card "Sengir Vampire" by Anson Maddocs.
I tried to 3D-print it with the below settings. Sometimes there are gaps on the top of the head. More experienced printers might be able to overcome this challenge. If so, please let me know how you did it ;)

- Printer: Ender3-S1
- Nozzle: 6mm
- Filament: regular PLA

Slicer settings (PrusaSLicer 2.9.1)
- Layer Height: 0.3mm (same for first layer)
- Vertical shell Perimeters: 3; Horizontal shell Layers: 2 top, 2 bottom
- Quality: Ensure vertical shell thickness, Detect thin walls, Thick bridges, Detect bridging perimeters
- Seam: nearest (gap distance 15%)
- Infill 15% Grid, monotonic
- No Skirt, no brim, no support
- Print Speed: 80mm/s for most, 50mm/s for first layer, top solid infill, gap fill and bridges, 15mm/s for ironing
- Travel Speed: 90mm/s
