Separate Tag for Jeff.

I printed Jeff two times at 1/2 and 3/4 size. Both times the "Jeff" tag came out poorly and was stuck in the supports. I made this one up in Tinkercad. At 18.5mm long it should match with the full size Jeff. Resize if printing at scale.
