sequential gear shifter

loved the concept of the basic mechnism, but I wanted it to use it as a gear lever for a (farming) simulater game.
So I beefed it up.
Shortened the throw
added the possibilty of ball springs
made it longer
removed the potentiometer.

When you use the ball springs (m12) you need to use all 4 of the spring mounting possibilities
