This is a mod to make the hall sensor H-pattern shifter from Aliexpress/Banggood etc. sequential.
My shifters PCB is not the same as the Project D shifter in the video from Sim Racing Corner. On my shifter the hall sensors are much smaller and soldered directly onto the PCB without the bent legs. So I'm not sure it will work for every shifter of this type. My shifter from Aliexpress has "ODDOR" lettering on the housing and the knob, but I'm not sure how many different revisions there are.
The simple idea of this shifter is to put 10mm diameter magnets in the cutouts of the print which will the actuate the hall sensors from the top (in normal H-pattern mode the hall sensors are actuated with the magnet ring on the shift knob from below). Before you stick the magnets into the cutouts you need to figure out the correct orientation of the magnets! The thickness of the magnets doesn't really matter, of one magnet is not strong enough to get a stable signal you can just stack 2 or 3,
