Servo tray

Designed for a .40 sized "Das Ugly Stik" type plane. The outer perimeter is 95x74mm, 6mm thick. The holes will self-thread for 2.5mm screws, and as added insurance you can, with some effort, press nuts into the corresponding 5mm diameter hex-shaped recesses. 2.5x12mm screws will be flush with the bottom of the tray to account for any clearance issues underneath. Servo slots are sized for Futaba S3003. I epoxied the tray to 1/4 x 1/8 inch basswood rails along the sides of the fuselage.

Weight of tray is about 20 grams.
