Settings for PETG with PLA Support Interface

I keep seeing people asking how to configure the PLA support interface when printing PETG. So here it is. I have been using this for years so I thought I may as well make a profile that includes all necessary settings. You obviously don't have to print the test model and just take the settings as is.
