SFX330 pump delete plate

Made this to delete the pitiful 330 gph pump that came in the skimmer and use a 1000 gph canister filter pump.
You will have to make a notch in it for the alignment notch or cut it off in your skimmer case. I just used a hand saw to cut the notch in the block off plate.

Reuse the factory seal and threaded ring.

Plug the skimmer and jet, unscrew bottom of pump, remove pump motor, insert block off plate and screw ring back on. Then just connect your pump/filter of choice.
