Shapeoko Dust Boot

This is still a work in progress and i am in the process of printing this as i type this. I made this design based on the HSCPRO1. I created this design from scratch on Fusion 360 to utilize 1 single 2.5" flexible dust collection hose instead of the original two small 1" hoses into 1 large 2.5" vac port. With this design, you can either clamp on a direct 2.5" flexible dust collection hose or push in your standard 2.5" shop vac hose. This is also a little narrower as well with a width of 4.5" at the front

The Front Window was designed in Fusion 360 and uses .220" thickness acrylic.
I designed this to use neodymium magnets available at Home Depot, brand is Magnet Source #0745. These magnets measure .315" diameter and .118" thick.

The nut fixture is placed on the back of the carriage plate and encapsulates M5 nuts so you only need to use 1 allen wrench to adjust the height of this dust boot.
print this with 50% infill and wall count of 3 for strength.
