Has the cable for your Z-Probe come loose?
====
Try this replacement part.

When I unboxed my Shapeoko Probe, I noticed that the cable had a strain relief sleeve, but it had popped out of the slot in which it was supposed to register. The grey 3D printed cover plate set into the bottom of the unit was designed to give a large volume for the back of the strain relief. I guess that seemed like a good idea, maybe they used a slightly different cable originally, but now it just allows the cable to fall out and increase the chance of the soldered joints to the internal PCB breaking.
I modelled this replacement in Fusion 360, using dimensions from the original part and from the slot in the side of the probe. I've added a little extra clearance on the holes for the M3 machine screws, as most printers close up small holes a little.
It's best to print this at high resolution, maybe dynamic layer heights etc, if you have the option, as the filler section at the top is a little
