Shark Vertical Extruder Mount

This converts the Lotmaxx SC-10 Shark printer to vertical extrusion. This modifies the printer to vertical extruders based on this horizontal extruder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4711586

You will need their spacer for the runout sensor.
