Sharpie ultra fine pen holder / adaptor for silhouette cameo and other cutters that take the same blade.
It is a tight fit in the cutting head of the cameo, and also for the sharpie pens so no need for a grub screw.
If it is loose a wrap of masking tape / electric tape should be sufficient to give the extra grip required for a firm hold.
