Hello Fellow Makers.
I got a Friend to design some parts for the SHDS3 ODE as the original blue case does not compliment the Grey CoreGrafx II well.
Both top and bottom parts have to be printed with supports so this will be a long print duration. Screw bosses are a separate print as they will be very fragile if part of the top file, these can be glued in. Some superglue will need to be added to the screw hole plates on the base print to strengthen.
The Acrylic Plate version can be made if you stop the print in Cura just before it prints the top cover, for me this was layer 100. You can get an Acrylic black transparent piece cut to size on eBay this can be glued on to the top, Don't use superglue as it will leave a residue that cannot be cleaned off. this was primarily so you can see the activity led.
Worked a lot on this with a friend so tolerances should be good.
Feedback and Remixes welcome :-)
