Shelf Bracket 195mm

This shelf bracket was designed to use the shelves and sides from a flat pack bookcase as shelving for the garage. The bracket is 194mm long and 25mm thick with holes to fit 4mm countersunk wood screws.

I have used printed 13 of these so far, using 4 for the longer shelves made from the side of the bookcase and 2 for the smaller shelves. They are quite strong even at only 15% infill and I have them holding various tools and materials. Alter the infill and number of perimeters to get the strength you require.

There is a large surface area to this print. I used PET and it was very difficult to remove them from the bed after printing. By the 13th print the PEI sheet was ruined and had to be replaced, so be careful with your choice of material and print bed preparation.
