Bought a MaxIt™ 35-1/2"W x 56-1/4"H x 24"D 4-Tier Plastic Freestanding Shelving Unit
Model Number: 91093MEN-C1-17 Menards ® SKU: 2113526 ????????
The shelving bows and if you need a way to have a flat level surface, these pieces will do that with the addition of a piece of plywood to fit.
All parts needed on one sheet. Print four times.
Do NOT auto orientate the Block. Print the block with threaded area and hole up, square cutout down. I find it leaves a cleaner threaded hole and is easier to clean the support from the rectangle cutout side.
Print with support, base only setting.
35% infill.
Slower speeds on outer walls for good thread build
4 wall loops. Can be reduced
4 top and bottom layers. Personally would keep for strength and not change.
Support will twist off easily from the Vis. Clean support out of rectangular area of Block. Grease the threads lightly. Install Vis through the rectangle cutout side of Block so the tip just sticks out round hole side.
