shell ice cream

...in my childhood there was a shell ice cream here in Germany that was popular at the time: it consisted of two bowls made of edible dough, baked, and in them ice cream in three flavors - vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. that hasn't been around for a long time now - because the companies have become large corporations: nowadays nothing tastes good at all anymore, if it is produced on a large scale it becomes dishonest. in the GDR there was also a shell ice cream in a similar form - but there it also had other ice cream flavors, also so-called soft ice cream: that was a culture that was not available in the West. here is my shell ice cream that we want to dispense in our food vending machines: it is the so-called -three-flavors- Fürst Pückler ice cream. the dimensions and shapes are fictitious, i.e. newly designed! we want to develop a little of our own food culture... if you're interested: I also found a recipe: the one from the GDR - so you can make the ice cream yourself. step, igs, stl
