Shimano bleed cup

bleed cup for shimano breaks, this works amazingly well. There are 2 versions with the internal diameter as a variable. 2mm and 2.5mm. Depending on your printer abilities you want to print the one with a larger inner diameter so bubbles come out easier, but this means the screw walls will be thinner so I included a 2mm id so the walls will be beefier.

For a plunger just use a BBQ skewer, cut the tip so it's not so sharp and long but leave enough of the conical shape. because both plastic and wood will stretch/compress the seal will be good and it will stay in place.

How to print this:

The first thing you should do is just print the threaded part (with maybe a little of the base too) just to make sure the threads are printing solid enough and that the fit will be good. what I usually do is I print 3 versions at once. one at 100% scale, one at 95% and one at 105%. Once you have the 3 just test them one by one until you find the one that fits the best. Then using that scale perce
