This is base to use in ship miniature games, specifically those that use a vector movement system to replicate real movement with inertia. It is designed to hold the standard hexagon base that comes with many ship models, with a double hexagon imprint to hold the ship in 12 different orientations. There is an arrow to indicate the actual direction of motion, and a dial to indicate the current speed.

It is designed as 3 pieces - the top, dial and bottom. They should simply slot together for assembly, but the dial may need a bit of filing to fit.

I've printed it and tested out the fit on my Afinia H800. The numbers on the dial are very thin, and required the "thin walls" setting to get them to come through clearly on the print. I assume it should be able to be printed without a raft, but when I did so the printer dragged the nozzle through some of the numbers on the dial (I may not have it perfectly leveled for raftless printing).
