Shoelace Ratchet

I made these for my ice skates so that it was easier to tighten them, uploading them here just in case someone has a similar problem.

This design does require a bit more than just printing.
For the laces, I pulled some strands out of a length of paracord. It will also require eight 2mm screws and two 13mm wide, 14mm tall springs.
I sourced the springs and screws from ACE hardware, but you could probably find them on amazon.

When printing, make sure you are not using supports on the teeth, otherwise they wont turn out right.

PS. If a lot of pressure is exerted on these (like 50LB) they will skip backwards. Otherwise during typical use, they work perfect.
