Shop Vacuum Hose Connector (version 2)

I have a 50 year old Sears Craftsman wet/dry shop vacuum. The vacuum itself works fine and has served well for all these years. Unfortunately some of the hard plastic connections and various attachments have fatigued from age and use. This print model to create replacement parts for the 2 inch flex hose. There is a plug which is inserted into the flexible tube end. This plug mates to a coupler and then to another plug in another hose. You will need two plugs and a coupler to attached two hoses. This plug inserts easier than my version 1 model. Use electrical tape to provide an air tight fit. The matting surfaces are tapered slightly. This allows a quicker connect/disconnect and a tighter seal.
