Short Patch Ethernet Cable Cut & Strip Jig

Updated: March 24, 2026 A simple jig to make short patch cables (10 cm to 30 cm). It is designed for "PROSTER" brand RJ45 crimp tools sold on Amazon.jp, but other tools with a similar shape may also work (likely an OEM product). The marks indicate the desired cable length, and the jig automatically adds 50 mm (25 mm per side) to allow for stripping. The measured accuracy is approximately ±3 mm. The body is split into 10 cm segments, so you can print as many segments as you want.
