Hello Thingiverse!
My son needed a "Peter Pan Sword" for a fancy dress day at school. I designed and printed this object in about 4 hours and the end result is pretty good. All the parts are press fit and needed very little or no cleaning after leaving the print bed. The sword is very light and I added a big fillet around the entire edge of the blade to make sure that it is safe for children to play with.
