Shorter Ikea Lack Riser

I didn't want a super tall riser so I remixed alexander27's to fit my need. Printing the third one now and will assemble later today and find out if I measured right or not. There should be just about a half inch of clearance above the top gantry of an Ender 3 with these risers (spool holder relocated to top of Lack).
