Shorter Pullout Spice Rack

This is just a shorter version of the "Spice Rack Pullout" by spongybob1958. I just took out a large portion of the middle and dropped the top down to the bottom. This made the prints a little faster and used less filament, but it does mean I couldn't use the second shelf option that spongybob1958 has in the original.
