Shorter Webcam Arm

The original file was awesome and I have been using it for some time. I noticed my camera was a little high and couldn't see the print dead on. Spaghetti detective had trouble detecting spaghetti prints, so I needed to lower this arm a bit. I used Tinkercad to separate the pieces at the bend. Shortened the longer arm by 10(ish)mm, reattached it and uploaded it. For me, it better aligns the camera with the bed to see the print more directly.
