consisting of four printed parts, a M6 threaded rod and two M6 nut. That is if you want (or need) the same knob on both sides.
Just print the two parts twice. Fix the "lock screw" parts with the M6 threaded bar and nuts and screw the knob on on both sides.
Due to my not so well tuned printer and sloppy settings I added a lot of tolerance to the printed thread but that worked fine for me.
