This is a mount for the dual shower head, the brand is Oxygenics (sorry, I don't know which model).
I wanted a shower head spraying from a different location in my shower, so I designed this. It is held onto the tile by the 3M Command Strips. The legs on the base are built to fit the large strips.
No bolts necessary, I created a bolt and nut file that you can use.
This is adjustable so you can aim the shower head higher or lower. The connector is tapered and fits the base of the handle well so you can also rotate the handle as well to help aim the water.
I haven't dialed down my printer tolerances, so I had to file the fins that connect the base plate to the end. I cannot guarantee it will fit perfectly, but it should fit with a small amount of sanding/filing.
