This lockout key was modeled specifically after the lockout key for the Staples 10-Sheet Cross-Cut Shredder model SPL-BXC102A and is pretty close to an exact replica. The lockout key, when removed, disables the shredder/blades preventing the shredder from being used. While this replacement lockout key was modeled specifically for the Staples SPL-BXC102A, it may fit a variety of shredder models.

Printing this lockout key on a raft, standing on the longest edge, should allow for printing without supports. At .12 layer height, with an infill of 20% and a .4 nozzle, this lockout key should print in one hour or less.

While there may be a bit of a snug fit when inserting this replacement lockout key into your shredder, no post processing (other than removal of the raft and clean up of any stringing) should be required.
