I modified the original to add some reinforcement to the area that broke.
I was really happy to find the original version of this, and it worked for a while, but then it snapped. In retrospect, I probably should not have printed it upright, because that put the most pressure on the weakest connection. That undoubtedly led to the failure.
But when I went to reprint it, it almost looked like there was a gap in the model (see the 2nd & 3rd pictures). Maybe there's not, maybe it was my slicer: I couldn't really tell with fusion 360. But just to be sure, I went in and created a block that covered that area. I also added extra reinforcement at the base, as seen in the 4th picture.
I didn't repeat my previous mistake: I printed it on its side: You can tell by the roughness of the side in the 5th picture. (I originally printed upright because it looked nicer).
You can see plier marks in the last picture: I grabbed a couple of pairs of pliers and tried to break it. I won't say that
