This is a model which allows you to attach a magnetic tool holder to the side of any 3D printer using 4040 extrusion on the side, in particular the Ender 3.

The design requires printing of 2 of the legs, 2 M4x20 screws and 2xM4 nuts. I have used a generic magnetic strip for kitchen knives, anything with holes for mounting of the correct length should work. I have used this exact one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152008843716 (yellow 33cm).

To install, the end cap at the read needs to be removed from the extrusion before sliding in the leg to the grooves. The front panel requires removing the screws underneath and on top to remove the cover.
