Side Roller for Folgertech 2020 i3

This is a roller for the Folgertech 2020 prusa i3. It mounts to the 80/20 rail with a 4.75mm(W)X10mm (L) hex bolt. the Rollers are attached with a 2.8mm pan head bolt that just pressure fits into the mounting holes (Obviously you can substitute in similar hardware sizes). I covered my rollers with a thin foam and this made them grip the spool nicely and covered up imperfections caused by the printer, you could probably use a soft heat shrink, tape, or something similar as well. I used bearings in the ends of the rollers from Grainger that had an OD of .375" and depth of .156". The tubing pressure fits into the tube holder and runs over the top frame allowing for much better movement than the factory set up. I used a Teflon tubing with an outer diameter of 4.75mm (or 3/16ths.) Unfortunately you will need to use a fair amount of support material!
