Side Window Frame for D6

This is a 4 piece bracket for a Wanhao Duplicator 6. Print each piece, screw them into the pre-drilled holes on the side of your D6, and then use your choice of glue. I used super glue, my son used a hot glue gun. Make sure you glue them while they are screwed onto the printer so the holes line up. Once the glue is dried, take the frame off your printer and buy two 11 inch x 14 inch cheap acrylic panels from the hardware store and a cutting tool. Measure the width and height of your window frame in two places. Trim the sides of the acrylic panel, and then cut a small triangle off each corner to allow for the screw or drill 4 holes in the acrylic panel. If you drill, you must start with a very, very small bit and work your way up slowly through your bits until the hole is big enough. If you don't do it this way you will crack the acrylic. Put your panel in the frame and screw back onto the D6.
