Our Siedle SSS door bell did not work any more.
I use this thing to replace it with a cheap 433MHz bell ("JQKX Klingel kabellos", about 15 Euro). The original part number is SSS Siedle BM 611-01
Additionally you need a push button 19mm diameter (I use a Metzler V2A IP67 button), which you then solder to the sender.
