A sieve + cone i use for separating sigarettebutts from their ashes.
i use cans with OD 155mm and ID of 152mm from wholesale cherries and apricots.
I use the sigarettebutts to set 'tea'. this 'tea' serves as insecticide.
The butts are then a leftover wich i leave to dry, at this point they still stink a tiny bit like sigarettes.
afterwards they get pressed in a square tile press, along with 30% contaminated(doghair/dust/burned) 3D Print-leftover-plastics.
Its isolation value is off the charts, better then rockwool (for temps between -15 to45°C)
and i use the tiles under parket floors to dampen sound and isolate heat in the workspace.
After they got heated in the press, they stop smelling completely.
they look like a Jackson Pollock painting vieuwed through yellow glasses.
But they are free, effective, and they dont end up in landfills.
