Sigma TS-111 Tripod Socket

A 3D printed version of the Sigma TS-111 Tripod Collar for the Sigma for Sony FE mount 100-400mm f5-f6.3 lens. The mount costs £139 to buy in the UK and the PLA item is plenty strong and stiff enough if printed with 90% infill or higher. It requires an M6 hex head screw x 20mm to complete.
There is a groove inside the mount so that you insert the lens and turn about 50 deg to align upright - then the lens cannot fall out even if the clamp were to come loose. However, the friction between the 3d printed PLA and the lens is so high it is very unlikely to move. Tightening the knob finger tight is fine.
