Sihedron rune

Tiny Sihedron rune I modelled as a replacement to the sword emblem on this thing.(https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2605787)
You could also add a string and use as a medallion :v

I printed this one on a Mingda D2, .1mm layer height and .4mm nozzle, but I didn't really like the amount of detail on the tiny runes around the star. Any help or suggestions on making a sharper model would be appreciated! (I'm a complete noob so far)
