Silica Container V2 for Bambulab SpoolsThe second version of my silica container is specifically designed to fit perfectly between Bambulab spools. It is held securely in place by two pins that slot directly into the existing holes of the spool. The design has been optimized to hold enough silica beads to keep filament dry for an extended period, even when stored in a vacuum-sealed bag. In my test, the beads lasted a full 15 weeks before needing to be replaced – and that was with filament that had already been pre-dried. Thanks to its compact format, the container should also work with a full spool (not yet tested). Version 2 is the improved successor, offering greater stability and easier handling :-)
