This model is of a drum with seven compartments that can be used to dry used silica bags. The drum is the same size as a standard 1kg filament spool. The drum is packed with bags and put into any filament spool dryer.I have an Bambu lab AMS2 and use that to dry my silica bags. I got the idea when I observed silica filled containers I have made for my AMS2. During a PETG drying cycle the beads seemed to get fully restored. The beads are color coded and were light green at the start of the cycle, which indicated that they were wet and needed replacement. After the drying cycle they had returned to their original dry orange color. The silica may not be 100% dry like after a high temperature drying cycle in an oven, but on the other hand there is no risk for destroying their drying capacity by overheating them.I use silica beads in bags to keep filament dry during storage. I keep the filament in large plastic bags with zippers that are economically available at IKEA (at least where I live)
