This is a handbrake design that I made for sim racing. This is a simple on/off device, it is not analog!

I printed everything at 50% infill and 4 walls. You'll probably want to use tree supports touching the build plate also. I printed mine in petg, but probably doable in other materials.

It requires the following not printed additional hardware:

2x M3X50 Bolts
2x M3 Nuts (I used nylocks)
4x M3 Flat washers
1x ½ in shoulder Bolt 2½ inches long
2x ½ flat washers
1x ½ in nylock
1x ½ in NPT steel pipe 12 inches long (or longer or shorter as you desire)
1x 3/8in spring 1-3/16 in long (could be longer if you want a longer throw on your handbrake) I got mine from this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-Spring-Assortment-Kit-84-Pack-13554/203133714
1x Limit Switch (SPDT V-155-1C25 Short Hinge Roller Lever Control Limit Micro)

You will need to drill a ½ in hole through the steel pipe for this to work. I didn't design a 3d printed lever because I have access to a drill p
