Sim Shifter Cover

Simple cover for Noctiluxx's shifter. I was looking and didn't see one so I figued I'd try my hand at designing something. The holes are based on my set up in which I used 8mm cap screws to hold the body together and 8mm button head screws for the pivot.

As a note, didn't check if this changes the measurements of the original at all but just in case, I also used JamieG's reinforced upper frame and zhxf's 6 speed lower frame and spacers. It; seems to fit nice and snug for me. No need to fasten it with anything.

I have a .6 nozzle so designed it toward that which makes it 2 walls thick. With a .4 you'll want to set it to single extrusion fill (S3D setting).
