A simms vernier coupler. Should work for most interfaces with 19 teeth one side and 20 the other. Each tooth fits on a roughly 10° taper so should be a good fit with no slack.
Print on whatever settings you dare.
Perhaps 100% infill if you're going to use it for more than half a century.
