Simple storage solutions for pills, fishing tools, tire patches etc. I 'make it for my 17mm inner diameter carbon handlebar. May to be screwed to any plug-type barend with a 3 or 4mm st-screw. Thin foam may be usefull to cover things for anti-rattle.
