Simple Birdhouse

I modified the original design by adding a couple holes under the eaves for ventilation and adding a couple centered holes in the back wall for screw mounting. I couldn't get the threads on the perch to print, so I made a wider perch with a flat back that I could just glue on. (The threaded hole is still there if you'd like to use the perch from the original design.)
