Simple Bolt and Threaded Collar Nut

Just a simple bolt and threaded collar I modeled to practice creating threads in Solid Edge.

I plan to eventually add a hexagonal nut.

This bolt and collar can also help kids learn about bolts and nuts and how they go together.

If you can print smooth threads (layer size, minimal z seam, etc.), you can actually spin the collar nut freely on the bolt. It can be a form of a fidget toy. I was able to achieve it with one of my filaments but not with another (both PLA but different color/manufacturer). Probably need to dial down the settings for different filaments.
