A very simple cable clip that mounts on the wall using super-glue.
I searched for such a thing and surprisingly could not find one, so I created this. I have a wooden cabinet next to my desk and I want to keep a couple of cables from falling to the floor.
Just pick a spot, apply a dab of super-glue, and you should be all set!
