Simple Counter

Assembly:The first piece is titled base. Place the piece titled disc1 on the rod and press down. You may need to use a decent amount of force, as there is little tolerance, making operation better. Make sure to put it in the same way it printed (same orientation). Then, put disc2 on, pushing it all the way. Lastly, put cap on.
