Simple Emergency Tire Chains,
These are not intended to drive distances on. This is a concept I've been working on. Idea is to use for emergency use only. Size can be adjusted per tire size by adding removing links.
You'll need basic stuff from the hardware store:
(2) 4" Long GRADE8 1/4" bolt & Lock Nut (Don't go Cheap, they just bend and break easier pay the couple cents more)
(1) Section of Chain - Measure your tire to get length (think it's Std 1/8" Chain, needs to slide over 1/4" Bolt)
(1) Ratchet Strap (Get the one with the shortest ratchet handle)
(2) Prints
